What we look for in a clinician
We're always glad to hear from licensed and license-eligible clinicians who want to build a career around depth, not just volume. Whether or not we have an open position posted right now, we'd genuinely like to know you're out there.
Champion Counseling's anchor specialty is couples therapy, and our team also sees individuals and runs groups and workshops. If your interests overlap with ours, and you're looking for a practice where supervision and collaboration are real rather than nominal, we'd like to hear from you.

Licensure (or active pursuit of licensure) in social work, counseling, or marriage & family therapy
Genuine interest in couples, group, or relational therapy
Comfort working both in person and via telehealth
A collaborative mindset and openness to supervision

Roles we hire for
We don't always have a formal opening posted. This is where we tend to add people when we do, so reach out if one of these sounds like you.
Licensed clinician
Individual, couples, or group therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) looking for a practice with real supervision, manageable caseloads, and a couples-first specialty.
Associate clinician (LMSW)
Newer clinicians building hours toward licensure, working under direct supervision while seeing individuals, couples, and groups at a sliding-scale rate.
Clinic coordination & admin
The people behind the scenes: intake, scheduling, and making sure the path into therapy feels clear from the very first call.
