Allena is a warm, collaborative therapist who provides strength-based and trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and groups. Her clinical focus includes:

With a background in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Allena helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and reconnect with their personal values to create more fulfilling lives. Her sessions are conversational and engaging, often incorporating activities and exercises designed to teach practical tools for growth.

Grace is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore and embrace what it means to be you. She is a passionate and enthusiastic clinician committed to providing high-quality therapy tailored to each individual’s unique journey. She gained strong clinical skills through her practicum internship with Champion Counseling from August 2024 to May 2025 while earning her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Houston.
With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design, Grace brings a unique blend of creativity and clinical insight to her therapeutic approach. She honors individuality and works collaboratively with each client to co-create a therapy process tailored to their needs and goals.
Grace draws from multiple theoretical approaches and views clients as the curators of their own lives. She has a particular passion for supporting adults of all genders and sexualities in navigating challenges related to:
Body image and relationship to the body
Food, chronic pain, and somatic experiences
Sexuality and intimacy
Emotional health and personal growth
Her background includes over a decade in the restaurant industry, which fuels her commitment to working with food and beverage workers. Grace currently collaborates with I’ll Have What She’s Having, a Houston-based organization providing counseling for this community.
